Basic Movement, Shooting and Moving up in Tiers

Moving and shooting, obviously, are the first step to playing Starblast. You gotta master it before you get into the action.

Chatting and Teaming

Chatting and teaming aren't mandatory in Starblast, but people like to team in Starblast or just say GG. The only way to do this is to know how to chat, right?

Unique Ships

There aren't many unique ships in Starblast. (Probably what makes them unique) Except for the Modding Space, where people's mods turn into actual game modes, their are only a few ships that are special.

Ship Upsets

Ship upsets are when a ship of a lesser tier kills a higher tier ship. Like if a Pulse Fighter(Tier 3) kills a Toscain(Tier 5). This is an upset.

Hit and Run

The "hit and run" strategy is a good idea when you are opposing an opponent with a lot of firepower. This strategy is often used against ships with a high amount of firepower.

RCS

RCS stands for Reaction Control Systems. RCS is a simple but effective tool. RCS lets pilots glide after accelerating. this can be useful if you want to go in one direction but shoot the other.

Ship Upgrades

Ship upgrades are almost always handy. If you are planning to stay in the same ship for a long period of time, upgrade your ship. This will help you in battle and for easier mining.

Extra Lives

Extra Lives are usually only needed when you are low on them. They are very useful when you are in team mode, though.

Secondary Weapons

Converting your gems to credits is an important thing to know! This can really help you in games! You can buy some really powerful projectiles, drones, and mines!

ECP(Elite Commander Pass) is kind of like a membership. ECP gives commanders who buy it access to many more different backrounds for their ships. They can also change the way a laser looks when shot. ECP grants commanders 2% more damage and also allows them to see all servers in every continent. You can see how many people are in the server, and how long it was being played. This can provide lots of different servers to play. Getting ECP is worth it! ECP costs minimum 5 dollars, but if you want, you can donate money to Starblast too.
