ECP(Elite Commander Pass) is kind of like a membership. ECP gives commanders who buy it access to many more different backrounds for their ships.
They can also change the way a laser looks when shot. ECP grants commanders 2% more damage and also allows them to see all servers in every continent. You can see how many people are in the server, and how long it was being played. This can provide lots of different servers to play. Getting ECP is worth it!
