Ship upsets are when a ship of a lesser tier kills a higher tier ship. Like if a Pulse Fighter(Tier 3) kills a Toscain(Tier 5). This is an upset. Obviously the Fly is a ship upset. It is arguably one of the worst ships in the game. Not because it has a lot of firepower or anything, it is fast, agile and small. Small ships are harder to hit. People often use the fly to kill people. Another ship upset is the U-Cruiser from U-Series. In many games, people use the U-Cruiser to destroy lots of people. It is powerful for the same reason as the fly. Agile and fast. Of course, it does have some limitations, though. In tier 4, the most probable ship to beat the U-Cruiser is U-Spread. It shoots similarly to the U-Cruiser. It also has more health. However, in most cases, a U-Cruiser would win a pvp. Crusader- It's such a horrible ship, that any ship under its tier can beat it. It is a pretty good miner because of its weight and shield capacity. Even though it is a bad ship, it can be better if you add some attack or defense pods. This would make it almost good enough to kill some tier 3s. It probably can sometimes, but not always. Alone, this might be the worst tier 4. Last, but not least, Aries. OK, maybe it is least. It shoots an immensely slow bullet that doesn't do as much damage as it should to make up for it's extremely slow ship speed and bullet speed. The agility of this ship isn't much better. A tier 3 could probably kill this slow piece of trash. Except maybe the Shadow X-1. Shadow X-1 has much too low firepower to destroy an Aries. Pulse-Fighter, Y-Defender, and Side-Fighter, believe it or not, can each kill different ships of higher tiers without secondary weapons(If used correctly). Although, tier 7s are supposed to be the most powerful ships in the game, they aren't. They may have the most firepower by far, but they haven't got any, and I mean any, bullet speed, speed, or agility. In general, they are all powerless in all these ship elements I just listed, but especially: Bullet Speed: Aries and Odyssey. Agility: Bastion and Shadow X-3. Speed: Aries and Odyssey. And last, but definitely not least, Cuttlefish, from Nautic Series.
